What’s the role?
You’ll lead a team of talented Commercial & Agribusiness Bankers who are passionate about helping customers thrive. Your focus? Inspiring your team, delivering exceptional experiences, and making sure every interaction counts. You’ll balance strategy with hands-on leadership, keeping things compliant while driving growth and building strong relationships. This is a full-time role based in Port Macquarie, a beautiful coastal town renowned for its stunning beaches, relaxed lifestyle, and strong regional economy, where you’ll have the freedom to shape your day and make an impact that matters.
What do I need?
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about regional Australia and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll bring:
- Proven ability to lead and empower a team to achieve great outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’ll connect people and ideas seamlessly.
- Confidence in making decisions and solving challenges quickly and effectively.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Understanding of risk and compliance, with the ability to keep things on track.
